***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***A fun and modern motor dealership is looking for a friendly, energetic, and highly organised individual to take on the dual role of Receptionist & Key Controller. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for the dealership, welcoming walk-in customers with a warm smile, answering calls professionally, and keeping the reception area neat, well-organised, and stocked, at the same time, you'll take charge of managing all dealership vehicle keys, ensuring accurate tagging, tracking key movements, maintaining updated stock location records, and overseeing the flow of vehicles in and out of the showroom and workshop and assist with various admin and support duties to help keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate for this role is well-spoken, physically fit, and brings previous dealership experience, has a genuine interest in the motor dealership environment, has excellent organisational skills, working knowledge of Excel, Keyloop/CDK/Kerridge and holds a valid drivers license.Job RequirementsMatric CertificateA valid Drivers License
At least 1 year of similar experience in a franchised motor dealershipExcellent, admin, communication, computer and organisational skillsworking knowledge of Excel, Keyloop/CDK/KerridgeFully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)A solid track record
