National Key Accounts Manager

- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts at a national level
- Develop strategic plans to increase sales and profitability within key accounts
- Coordinate and lead regular meetings with key account stakeholders to discuss business performance, opportunities, and challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure key account needs are met
- Identify new business opportunities and work to expand key account portfolio
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform key account strategies
- Develop and execute promotional programs and initiatives to drive sales and market share growth
- Track and report on key account performance metrics and KPIs
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on key account activities and achievements
- Relevant Sales Diploma or Degree
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in FMCG - preferably wholesale
- Proven track record of success in managing national key accounts and achieving business targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth
- Experience in analyzing market data and trends to inform business strategies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Salary: negotiable.
