- Co-ordinating the Project through effective Project Management

- Liaise with Customers Conduct Clinic meetings with Staff
- Coordinating communication within a Project, and liaising between Head Office, Sponsors and Key Populations Sites
- Assist Technical Staff to implement and monitor activities; and provide other needed operational support
- Work closely with the Programme Manager and other key Technical Staff
- Coordinate and support planning, development, and implementation of Project Communications Strategy
- Provide communication guidance and capacity building to the team
- Coordinate participation in national and provincial workshops
- Documenting, reporting, supervision and supporting of Staff assigned to the Project
- Responsible for quality service provision and reporting by the Teams Coordinate the administrative, logistical, and technical support for the smooth and efficient operation of the Program
- Oversee the design and implementation of a Project Arrange orientation of new Team Members
- Arrange training of Team Members as necessary
- Ensure the Team’s administrative challenges are attended to
Education
- Bachelors degree from four-year College/University or equivalent – Knowledge/Information Services, Education, Health, Behavioural, Life/Social Sciences, Project Management, Human Resource Management, Health Economist, Public Health, Social Science, Nursing, Medicine or related field
- Certificate in Project Management
- Registration with the SANC
- Certificate in Management
- 2 years’ experience in working with Key Populations: MSM/TG
- At least 2 years’ experience in Project Management
- Experience in analysing Data and summarising vast amounts of Data into Graphs
- Minimum Two (2) years progressively responsible experience in Development Program co-ordination, Key Populations, or related Public Health Project Management
- Technical experience in one or more of the following areas: Stakeholder Relations, Technical Support, Monitoring, Reporting and Evaluation, Internal/External Stakeholder Communications
- Occasional overnight travel (up to 20%) by land or air if required
- Advanced knowledge of HIV/Aids and TB Management
- Own Car
- Valid Driver’s license
- Intermediate personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spread sheet, graphics.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office
- Willing to work overtime
