If you a results-driven professional with a wealth of experience in online and retail sales, possess a passion for technology and excel in team management, we invite you to join us in our mission to deliver innovative networking solutions and make a lasting impact in the industry.Duties & Responsibilities: * Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for online and retail channels, aiming to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, fostering a culture of success and ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds sales goals.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels in online and retail stores, ensuring optimal product availability, and strategically managing stock turnover.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service is provided across both online and physical retail environments, addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyse data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities, contributing to informed decision-making.
  • Merchandising Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the merchandising team to create compelling product displays and impactful promotional campaigns that drive sales.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all retail and online sales regulations, including labelling and licensing requirements, to uphold legal standards.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in both online and retail settings with atleast 5 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of online sales platforms and retail operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Business, Marketing or related field (preferred)
