- Oversee the execution of cohesive, integrated campaigns that enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and engagement.
- Establish and enforce consistent messaging across all channels-online platforms, in-store experiences, and communications.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
- Develop performance metrics and track ROI to ensure continuous optimisation of marketing efforts.
- Partner with product, operations, and retail teams to support launches, promotions, and community initiatives.
- Spearhead market research and customer insights to inform targeting, segmentation, and positioning.
- Manage external agencies, partners, and budgets to deliver impactful, cost-effective campaigns.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into executable plans.
- Deep understanding of multichannel marketing, brand management, and customer engagement.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative and hands-on approach.
- Experience in team building, mentorship, and fostering cross-functional alignment.

- Experience within the betting, gaming, or racing industry will be a strong advantage.
