Our client, a well-established and growing player in the development services sector, is looking for a dynamic Financial Controller to join their team in Centurion. You’ll be stepping into a pivotal role that combines technical excellence, team leadership, and strategic influence.Duties:
- Lead and develop a dedicated team of junior and intermediate accountants
- Oversee full financial function including month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Work closely with senior leadership to support business planning and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Coordinate and manage annual audits with external auditors
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Translate financial insights into strategic actions for continued growth
Qualifications:
- Newly Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))
- Auditing background, ideally with exposure to the development services, construction, or engineering industries
