We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Architect to join our team, responsible for architecting Salesforce solutions across the entire group. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, proficiency in Apex, and the ability to provide guidance and mentorship to developers. Additionally, proficiency in Java and C# is required, along with expertise in domain-driven design and event-driven architecture. The candidate should be adaptable and willing to learn, with hands-on experience in Kafka implementation and platform management. DevOps skills, particularly in automated testing, are essential. The culture of our organization is dynamic and fast-paced, with minimal red tape, providing an exciting environment for driven individuals.Responsibilities:Salesforce Architecture:

Architect Salesforce solutions for the entire group, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Development Advisory:

Provide guidance and mentoring to developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles.

Technical Proficiency:

Demonstrate expertise in Apex development and proficiency in Java and C#.
Implement domain-driven design and event-driven architecture principles in Salesforce solutions.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends, continuously learning and improving skills.

Kafka Implementation:

Hands-on implementation and platform experience with Kafka, ensuring efficient data streaming and processing.

DevOps and Automated Testing:

Implement DevOps practices, including automated testing, to streamline development processes and ensure code quality.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
Proficiency in Apex development and advising developers on best practices.
Strong proficiency in Java and C#.
Experience with domain-driven design and event-driven architecture.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Kafka implementation and platform management.
