We are seeking a proactive individual to lead our concrete construction teams and ensure the successful execution of our civil engineering projects. Candidates should be able to decide and initiate action and be highly motivated, with the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Concrete Foreman in our team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects while advancing your career.As the Concrete Foreman, you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating various concrete construction tasks to deliver high-quality results. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:1. Concrete Construction: Leading and managing concrete construction operations, ensuring accurate implementation of engineering plans and specifications.
2. Team Leadership: Providing strong leadership to concrete construction teams, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and safely.
3. Quality Assurance: Conducting inspections and quality checks on concrete works to maintain the highest standards.
4. Health and Safety: Prioritizing safety on the construction site, enforcing safety protocols, and promoting a safety-conscious work culture.
5. Reporting: Providing regular progress updates to the Site Engineer and contributing to project status reports.Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman with a strong background in reinforced concrete and water retaining projects.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead construction teams effectively.
Min 5 years related experience in a similar environment.
Will be required to work overtime, when required.
Must have own, reliable transport.
May be required to work away from home.
