Minimum 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ideally in the credit, lending, or fintech theater
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field — a Master’s or PhD earns you a standing ovation!
Mastery in the tools of the trade — Spark, Airflow, Snowflake, DBT, Kafka, and friends
Fluent in SQL, Python, and Google cloud platforms
A strong voice in data architecture, modeling, and infrastructure — with an ear for detail and a heart for innovation
