Job Description:Building and Maintaining relationships with key stakeholdersManaging the overall bid process, establishing timelines, and allocating resources effectivelyCollaborating with legal and commercial teams to negotiate and finalize contracts and agreementsConduct risk assessments and identify potential risksLeading and developing tender documents, including compiling necessary informationWorking closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information, develop compelling proposalsMaintaining accurate records of tender activities, preparing reports on tender outcomesQualifications and Skills:Must have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldMinimum of 4-7 years of leadership experience in Bid/ Tender ManagementKnowledge of Public Procurement Contracting and Tendering Principles including PFMA, PPPFA and BBBEEMust have at least 5 years relevant enterprise ICT (Servers, Storage, Backup, End user devices) experienceMust have at least 5 years experience in responding to TendersMust have at least 5 years experience in Vendor/ Supplier collaborationsSuitable candidates will be contacted.
