To succeed in this role, you should have a Diploma in SHE Management with a SAMTRAC qualification and at least 5 years of applied experience in a manufacturing environment. Valid certifications as a First Aider, Fire Fighter, SHE Representative, and Incident and Accident Investigator are required.
