What you will doWorking closely with our clients' UK-based team in Manchester, you’ll be part of a friendly and focused customer service squad that handles:
  • Calls and email queries from UK customers
  • Order issues: missing items, parcel redirection, returns
  • Stock availability and product questions
  • Fast, professional, right-first-time problem-solving
You’ll be a key voice of their brand, and your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.? What we’re looking for
  • Grade 12 qualification
  • 3+ years of customer service experience within the e-commerce space
  • Strong Freshdesk experience
  • Brightpearl CRM experience is beneficial
  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • A friendly, can-do attitude and love for customer service
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Own reliable transport is a bonus
