- Stock availability and product questions
- Fast, professional, right-first-time problem-solving
- Grade 12 qualification
- 3+ years of customer service experience within the e-commerce space
- Strong Freshdesk experience
- Brightpearl CRM experience is beneficial
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
- A friendly, can-do attitude and love for customer service
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Own reliable transport is a bonus
