- Matric
- Relevant qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or Software Development will be beneficial
- 5-10 years in real-time software development role
- Experience in delivering successful software application projects and managing development teams is required
- Warehouse and Supply Chain knowledge
- Own reliable transport and valid driver's license
- Lead a team of software engineers on client projects and internal initiatives
- Write high-quality, maintainable code aligned with industry and company standards
- Provide technical oversight, mentorship, and training to junior developers
- Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to deliver features on time
- Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and demonstrate solutions
- Ensure solution architecture aligns with project goals and overall platform design
- Contribute to problem-solving efforts and continuous improvement
