The Sales Agent will manage the full B2C sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This role involves proactive prospecting, tailored solution selling, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive renewable energy adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target potential clients via cold calling, networking, and social mediaGenerate, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales funnelConduct consultations to assess energy needs and propose tailored solutionsPrepare and deliver clear proposals and presentationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in CRM systemsNegotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsProvide excellent after-sales service and foster customer referralsStay informed on industry trends and contribute to sales strategiesAbout You3-5 years experience in a high-volume B2C sales role (solar/related industry advantageous)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong negotiation and closing skillsProficiency with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and Google WorkspaceMinimum high school diploma; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredEnergetic, proactive, and target-drivenOrganised and capable of managing multiple deals simultaneouslyStrong communicator across phone, email, and face-to-face channelsCollaborative team player motivated by results
