  • Bolster your learning of ATL, BTL and digital channels to support building strategies for clients
  • Source relevant creative inspiration for teams to drive impactful ideas
  • Source and package relevant trends and insights for various categories and industries to inspire agency and clients
  • Provide relevant target market insights across various consumer categories
  • Conduct research and learn how to use data platforms to give relevant insights into strategies and creative work
  • Work together with creative teams to create consumer-relevant ideas for campaigns and proactive opportunities
  • Learn how to craft galvanising strategies from objective to the creative ask
  • Get an understanding of all divisions of the business, working collaboratively across divisions to build strategic relationships with other teams or departments
  • Work together with insights, social, and data teams to provide insights on reports (pre- and post campaigns, monthly social reports)
QualificationsGood Qualifications to have
  • A relevant tertiary qualification Advertising / Marketing from a reputable institution.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of ATL and digital strategy
  • Excellent understanding of Advertising as a selling tool
  • A good command of the English language (both verbal and written)
  • Good multi-tasking skills
  • Good time-management and organizational skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Understanding of sourcing and analysing research - primary and secondary
