- Manage a team of outbound B2B Lead Generation Agents, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are consistently met.
- Provide live floor support, coaching, and targeted interventions to improve conversion, talk time, and quality.
- Monitor performance dashboards and reporting systems to identify trends and proactively address performance gaps.
- Drive a high-performance culture through recognition, accountability, and results-focused leadership.
- Handle escalations, resolve customer or operational issues, and maintain campaign discipline.
- Work closely with QA and Training to ensure continuous improvement and agent development.
- Collaborate with campaign leadership to ensure strategic goals and client expectations are achieved.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact centre leadership role, preferably in outbound B2B sales or lead generation.
- Proven success leading teams to meet or exceed performance targets.
- A stable recent work history, ideally with current or recent team leadership experience in a similar environment.
- Familiarity with campaign performance tools, CRM systems, and outbound diallers is an advantage.
- Experience working on UK-based campaigns is preferred.
