- Book and manage shipments with shipping lines, transporters, and online platforms.
- Handle all required documentation including bills of lading, CNC certificates, and BV inspections.
- Complete customs clearing and entries using Portnet and related systems.
- Liaise directly with clients, customs authorities, and transport providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Process invoicing and maintain compliance with Incoterms and freight procedures.
- Use ShipShape software to manage freight tracking, documentation, and operational control.
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Is experienced in import/export processes across sea, air, and road freight.
- Understands customs clearance and has strong documentation skills.
- Is a team player with excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
