- Grade 12 (with English and Math's).
- Administration Diploma or equivalent.
- Computer Skills (MS Packages).
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to compile a formal quotation and a formal report.
- Some understanding of crushers/ screens/ conveyors (technical know-how).
- 2 years of experience in a service environment.
- General administration skills.
- Understanding of the sales of spares.
- Generate quotes based on information on the Online Service Reports.
- Proactively promote services and inspections.
- Process customer orders for services, repairs and inspections.
- Allocated required stock, coordinate picking and dispatch of spares where required.
- Sustain and improve service levels to key accounts clients.
- Collate the required documents and hand-in to the Accounts Department, to generate an invoice on completion of job within 5 days.
- Provide administrative support to the Online system Manager.
- Ensure filing of all relevant departmental documentation is in order.
- Comply with the company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are always adhered to.
- Adhere to all processes, policies, and procedures relevant to the Company.
