Service Controller

• Grade 12 (with English and Math's).
• Administration Diploma or equivalent.
• Computer Skills (MS Packages).
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to compile a formal quotation and a formal report.
• Some understanding of crushers/ screens/ conveyors (technical know-how).
• 2 years of experience in a service environment.
• General administration skills.
• Understanding of the sales of spares.

• Generate quotes based on information on the Online Service Reports.
• Proactively promote services and inspections.
• Process customer orders for services, repairs and inspections.
• Allocated required stock, coordinate picking and dispatch of spares where required.
• Sustain and improve service levels to key accounts clients.
• Collate the required documents and hand-in to the Accounts Department, to generate an invoice on completion of job within 5 days.

• Provide administrative support to the Online system Manager.
• Ensure filing of all relevant departmental documentation is in order.
• Comply with the company policies and procedures.

• Ensure that health and safety regulations are always adhered to.
• Adhere to all processes, policies, and procedures relevant to the Company.
• Adhere to all processes, policies, and procedures relevant to the Department.
