- Design and deliver creative assets daily across digital, retail, and analog platforms.
- Develop engaging graphics, illustrations, packaging artwork, POS material, and marketing collateral for campaigns and promotions.
- Create compelling designs for social media, websites, email, and direct marketing.
- Prepare print-ready artwork for packaging, retail displays, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency and elevate brand identity across all four brands in the portfolio.
- Collaborate with marketing to translate briefs into impactful, on-brand design.
- Adapt master creative concepts into multiple formats, ensuring high quality across sizes and channels.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up to date with global design trends and industry best practices.
- 3–5 years’ proven graphic design experience (portfolio essential).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in Canva and video editing/motion graphics.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory.
- Experience in preparing artwork for print production (DTP, die-lines, pre-press checks).
- Knowledge of digital formats, optimising for web and social media.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Creativity, flexibility, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and adapt quickly.
- Bonus: Photography and image retouching.
