JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Greet customers as they walk in and direct them to where they need to go or take them through to the shelves to get stock and assist them
Inform customers of specials currently running and hand out flyers that are available
Assist customers with part numbers if they do not have them, which assists the trade counter
Familiarise yourselves with the retail store and where to find items and locations
Upsell to customers by asking them what else they need or use
Pick stock for the salespeople behind the trade counter but only in retail not at the warehouse
Assist when and where needed
Always need to be neat and tidy
Be willing to assist with any task presentedRequirements:Grade 12
Computer literacy
High attention to detail
Good judgement
Problem solving abilities
People orientated and well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible
Persistence
Apply a positive attitude and self-discipline
Positive work ethics
Ability to work under pressure
