A leading manufacturing facility in the Nelspruit area is seeking an experienced Fitter and Turner to join their Maintenance Workshop team. This role is ideally suited to a skilled artisan looking for a stable opportunity in a dynamic production environment, with a focus on electrical.The Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair plant equipment and machine related breakdowns
  • New installations
Minimum Requirements & Experience
  • Matric with at least a N3 Mechanical Trade Theory
  • Qualified Artisan (Fitter & Turner) with a Trade Certificate
  • 5+ years’ experience post-apprenticeship experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector
  • Rigging knowledge
  • Competent to work with Lathe and Milling Machines
  • Arc and welding experience
  • Knowledge of boiler house operations
