Job Summary Purpose of the job Sales (increased revenue for the company) Minimum qualifications and requirements • Grade 12/Matric • Sales and Marketing Diploma • Advance Excel Certificate • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role • Construction costing Core functions • Effective handling of customer inquiries/ queries and liaising with clients telephonically and on emails including but not limited to an existing customer data base list • Effective communication skills handling daily activities relating to transport contractors, logistics, procurement, and anything relating to enquiry • Liaise effectively with managers regarding operational requirements on production/ product and sales levels etc. on daily basis • Responsible for general sales administration requirements • Quotes/ designing on CAD/ costing/order processing/warranty tracking/delivery tracking/cold calling register/budget tracking/daily workload reporting/daily prospect reporting/customer survey's • Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
