
Office Administrator

- Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager
- Liaise with students and student representatives on day-to-day matters
- Maintain and update spreadsheets with high levels of accuracy (advanced Excel skills essential)
- Assist with bookings, records, documentation, and compliance tracking
- Support in coordinating maintenance requests and service provider communication
- Ensure timely and accurate filing and data entry
- Respond to queries from students, staff, and external stakeholders
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or office support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, proactive, and reliable approach to work
