Job Description :A leading student accommodation company is looking for an Office Administrator to support the Office Manager and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of their Cape Town CBD office. The successful candidates will work closely with students, student representatives, and internal staff to ensure smooth administrative processes across five residential buildings.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager
  • Liaise with students and student representatives on day-to-day matters
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets with high levels of accuracy (advanced Excel skills essential)
  • Assist with bookings, records, documentation, and compliance tracking
  • Support in coordinating maintenance requests and service provider communication
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing and data entry
  • Respond to queries from students, staff, and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or office support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, proactive, and reliable approach to work
