What Youll Do
  • Develop new business and grow existing accounts in East Africa / West Africa.
  • Build strong client relationships across mining, construction, ports, and processing plants.
  • Provide technical input to deliver custom built bulk materials handling transfer chute solutions.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to design, present, and deliver solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Travel extensively throughout the region, representing the business at client sites and industry events.
What You Bring
  • 58 years technical sales experience in bulk materials handling, crushing & screening, or similar industries.
  • Solid track record of sales growth in mining or construction sectors.
  • Technical knowledge and the ability to interpret specifications and drawings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively in East Africa/ West Africa
  • Marketing experience with Mines in Africa.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification NQF Level 4 Mechanical or equivalent. Marketing qualification will be advantageous.
