- Develop new business and grow existing accounts in East Africa / West Africa.
- Build strong client relationships across mining, construction, ports, and processing plants.
- Provide technical input to deliver custom built bulk materials handling transfer chute solutions.
- Work closely with engineering teams to design, present, and deliver solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Travel extensively throughout the region, representing the business at client sites and industry events.
- 58 years technical sales experience in bulk materials handling, crushing & screening, or similar industries.
- Solid track record of sales growth in mining or construction sectors.
- Technical knowledge and the ability to interpret specifications and drawings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong customer focus.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively in East Africa/ West Africa
- Marketing experience with Mines in Africa.
- Relevant tertiary qualification NQF Level 4 Mechanical or equivalent. Marketing qualification will be advantageous.
