- Schedule training programmes as per business requirements.
- Source relevant accredited training providers aligned to business needs.
- Ensure that all relevant documentation is obtained for registration / booking of training.
- Keep relevant parties informed of cancellations, postponements or new bookings.
- Organise travel arrangements as and when required.
- Source and arrange training venues as and when required.
- Complete all required checklists and forms for training sessions scheduled and coordinated.
- Check and submit all training related invoices for payment.
- Record of all training to be captured on our training software programme and reconciled with SAP each month.
- Collect and receive completed training administration documentation from facilitators within specified submission time periods.
- Plan and agree on training budget with Business Units.
- Align all internal and external training interventions to BEE strategy, including but not limited to the Companys bursary scheme, internships, apprenticeships, and learnerships.
- Manage the recovery of grants from SETA.
- Oversee the completion of the Companys Ceramic Qualification with the CETA and QCTO

- Proven knowledge and experience to prepare for BBBEE verification
- Proven knowledge and experience of WSP/ATR preparation and submission
- Knowledge and experience on monthly training reports
- Understanding of Employment Equity and Training
- Ability to Multi-task
- Excellent Communication Ability (Written and Oral)
- Must be able to work independently
- HR Degree or Diploma
- SDF accreditation would be an advantage
- Sound knowledge of skills related legislation (SDA, SDLA, LRA, etc.)
- Experience on Sage 300, People
- Computer Literate (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, E-Mail)
- + 5 Years work experience in a training / skills development environment
- Code 8 Drivers license
