RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our client's team in the Industrial Equipment Supplier industry, in Durban. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and achieving sales targets by leading a team of sales representatives and implementing effective sales strategies.Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Industrial Equipment Supplier industry
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities
Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to sales representatives
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential areas of growth
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Industrial Equipment Supplier industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Knowledge of the Industrial Equipment Supplier industry and market trends
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
