- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Industrial Equipment Supplier industry
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to sales representatives
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential areas of growth
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Industrial Equipment Supplier industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Knowledge of the Industrial Equipment Supplier industry and market trends
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Salary: negotiable
