Technical Internal Sales - Water Treatment

• Handle ad hoc sales requests.
• Provide technical sales support
• Provide backup to the sales /technical team.
• Contribute to sales growth via data analysis, market/industry trending, and developing strategies to enter new markets.
• Update procedures and documentation related to customer sales.
• Assist with organizing local events such as exhibitions, trade shows, seminars etc.
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

• Knowledge of the water treatment industry or a related industry advantageous
• Sales or Technical Tertiary Qualification advantageous
• Strong, professional communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter with the ability to coordinate and prioritize various assignments.
• Ability to multi-task while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and work in diverse teams.
• Eagerness to grow and develop in both personal and professional capacity.

• Advanced software skills, particularly knowledge and use of Microsoft Office programmes ( Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
