We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic General Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and helping to maintain a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with finding products
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and promotions
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skillsQualifications:- Grade 12-High school diploma or equivalent is accepted
- Must reside in or around Johannesburg
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
