eCommerce Product CoordinatorCape Union Mart GroupWe're looking for a highly proactive and agile eCommerce Product Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our website(s). In this role, you'll be the linchpin between teams-managing product photography workflows, maintaining an accurate and engaging product catalogue, and aligning content with marketing and promotional calendars.Your mission? Maintain and update product catalogues, including names, descriptions, attributes, images, and videos.
Manage website navigation and structure, ensuring alignment with product assortments and brand strategy.
Configure and manage campaigns, promotions, and product launches in line with content and marketing calendars.
Provide and verify product lists for internal teams, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
Optimise website search functionality and keywords to meet customer expectations and improve conversion rates.
Leverage AI and personalisation tools for sorting rules and product recommendations.
Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) checks and website audits to maintain high standards.
Troubleshoot and respond to customer, internal, and external queries effectively.
Support user testing for website enhancements and project rollouts.

What You'll Need to SucceedQualifications & Experience

2-5 years' experience in a similar eCommerce or digital role.
Matric plus a related tertiary qualification (Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or similar).
Solid understanding of web design principles and web analytics.
Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as PPC, display, and affiliate marketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
