
Application Support Specialist

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT application support, with at least 2-3 years specifically managing healthcare systems or clinical applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change and Service Level Management), with current ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4).
- Proven experience with healthcare data systems, preferably including oncology-specific applications such as MOSAIQ, ARIA, or equivalent radiation therapy management systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows server environments, SQL databases, and healthcare integration standards (HL7, DICOM, FHIR).
- Verifiable track record of managing at least one major system implementation or upgrade project from requirements gathering through post-implementation support.
- Experience with healthcare data privacy regulations (POPIA) and information security frameworks, with demonstrable history of remediation of audit findings.
