Stage 1 Teacher (Cambridge Primary)

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Cambridge Primary curriculum (English, Mathematics, Science, and other subjects).
• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners and promote inclusive education.
• Assess, track, and report on student progress using Cambridge assessment tools.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and safe classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure the holistic development of students.
• Contribute to school life through break duties, extracurricular activities, extra lessons, participation in events, and professional development activities.

• A recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).
• Experience teaching early primary / Stage 1 learners; Cambridge Primary experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a genuine passion for inspiring young learners.
