Qualification: BTech / BEng / BSc in Software, Electrical, or Electronic EngineeringKey Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation software and systems within a high-volume manufacturing plant.
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLC and SCADA systems to ensure optimal plant performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and production teams to improve process efficiency and reliability.
- Implement system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations to support business growth.
- Manage and monitor data acquisition, reporting, and plant MIS integration.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality systems, and safety regulations.
- Support system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- BTech / BEng / BSc in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in plant automation within a manufacturing or industrial environment or engineering organisation
- Strong background in PLC and SCADA programming (Siemens, Wonderware, Rockwell, or similar).
- Ideally certified with MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) or equivalent.
- Robotics Experience ( ABB or Kuka or similar )
- Solid understanding of network configurations, virtualization (VMware), and industrial IT systems.
- Knowledge of SQL databases, VB.Net, or other programming languages will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
