- Create and maintain spreadsheets containing client financial information.
- Review and interpret bank statements to extract relevant financial data.
- Analyze and summarize attorney notes related to client assets and estates.
- Organize and input financial details accurately into internal systems.
- Assist with compiling and preparing reports for claims, underwriting, or asset evaluations.
- Support the finance and insurance team with general administrative and data-related tasks.
- Ensure all financial documentation is handled confidentially and securely.
- Cross-check data for accuracy, inconsistencies, or missing information.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and claims departments where necessary.
- Experience in finance, accounting, and insurance (at least 3 years).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, formatting).
- Ability to interpret and extract data from bank statements and legal/financial documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Certificate or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Insurance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in estate processing, life insurance, or legal-financial review is advantageous.
- Familiarity with financial or insurance terminology and documentation standards
