Tertiary qualification in mechanical engineering and or industrial fasteners would be compulsory.A minimum of 5 years’ experience at management level.Strong knowledge of the automotive, engineering, manufacturing sectors would be an advantage.Strong understanding of Microsoft excel spreadsheets would be preferable;Communication and networking skills.
