Financial Analyst

• Key financial analysis and metrics as required by the business
• Financial modelling for business cases
• Variances analysis
• Data Analysis
• Lapse, Churn and Persistency Analysis
• Preparing Budgets and assisting with year-end audits
• Responsible for the submission and analysis of each bill run
• Preparation of Bordereaux reconciliations to ensure all commission structures are in line with SLAs
• Responsible for the timely resolution of all queries relating to bill run submissions
• Responsible for completeness and accuracy of customer premium collections.
• Pay through the bank stats for Client Services and Sales
• Preparing monthly revenue estimates
• Ensuring our databases are in sync with our Policy Administrators
• Responsible for preparing written financial analytic reports and presentations
• System testing

• Matric
• Relevant degree (Accounting, Economics or Finance Majors)
• Must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in Billing and working knowledge of Debicheck
• Advanced Excel
• Experience with Financial Modelling
• Experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage
