Junior Sales Consultant

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Drivers Licence
• Minimum 2 year of retail / workwear experience preferred
• Passion for selling
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Welcome and assist customers on the shop floor in a warm, professional manner
• Assist with cleaning and housekeeping standards
• Advise customers on clothing styles, sizes, and correct garments for their work environment
• Assist with fitting room requests and ensure fitting room areas are monitored and tidy
• Maintain stock presentation: fold, hang, and display items neatly and attractively
• Ensure clothing items are correctly sized, tagged, and priced
• Replenish merchandise on the floor from the stockroom as needed
• Support with stock counts, receiving deliveries, and unpacking stock
• Promote in-store promotions and marked down items
• Handle exchanges and returns in line with company policy
• Communicate customer feedback or issues to management
• Adhere to health and safety standards
• Must be willing to travel to customers and assist them with fittings and samples
• Must adhere to standard operating procedures
• Administratively strong and must have attention to detail
