The successful candidate will be reliable, highly organized, and committed to maintaining the high standards already established by the business and ownership.The group's portfolio offers a mix of leisure, business, and adventure destinations, blending warm hospitality with modern comforts and extensive facilities, catering to both leisure and corporate travellers.Minimum Requirements

7-10 years' proven experience as a General Manager (or senior hotel leadership role) within a reputable hospitality group
Strong work ethic with the ability to focus on execution and results
Willingness and ability to follow directions from senior management and owners
Ability to fit into an established team and company culture
Practical knowledge and experience in construction and building maintenance
Ability to take decisive action in emergency situations
Competence in driving various types of vehicles relevant to resort operations
Reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented

Duties

Oversee day-to-day resort operations, following established procedures and standards
Maintain service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies
Implement instructions from senior management and owners consistently
Supervise property maintenance, construction projects, and infrastructure upkeep
Support, mentor, and manage the team within the existing operational framework
Ensure alignment with company expectations and delivery of high-quality guest experiences
