  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Business Analyst certifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and functionalities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Good communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements
  • Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions
  • Create and deliver reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance of Salesforce applications
