- Communicate in Afrikaans and English
- Must be able to work in a team.

- Writing and arithmetic skills
- Operate the Hyster effectively and efficiently to ensure maximum productivity.
- Ensure that the forklift is in working order and conduct safety checks.
- Perform all ad hoc activities as requested by a superior.
- Transportation of bales.
- Ensure the continuance and uninterrupted movement of bales
- Ensure the working environment is kept clean.
- Adhere to the rules and regulations of Health and Safety.
