- Responsible for procurement and Supply Chain Functions
- Ensure that Supply Chain processes are functioning effectively.
- Research New Suppliers for Alternative products
- Analysis of MRP system for forecasting & demand Planning South Africa
- Raising of costing sheets
- Raising Air Freight and Stock Quotations for shop managers
- Assist Southeast Count Manager with rolling Inventory Stock Takes
- Investigate stock adjustments, losses, and gains
- Verify suppliers and ensure all purchases are cost effective and based on the most beneficial payment terms.
- Monitoring that the correct Suppliers are being utilized
- Reviewing all Purchase Orders, Costing Sheets
- Site Forecast and demand planning Weekly
- Assisting Supply Chain Lead – South East Africa with any daily operational requests and requirements
- Daily Stock Transfers
- Receipting of Local Inventory - External & Internal
- liaising with Regional Purchasing coordinator on weekly purchases and site requirements
- Ensuring that all Supply Chain and Purchasing Procedures are followed at all times
- Matric
- 5 years in a similar role

- MRP experience
