Branch Manager - Durban

• Matric
• A relevant qualification in business management, operations, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a similar industry
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel if required
• Overseeing all branch operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning
• Leading, training, and motivating branch employees, including hiring and performance evaluations
• Support sales activities by ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction
• Oversee stock control processes, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock accurately
• Ensuring customers receive high-quality service and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise
• Monitor branch performance metrics
• Address operational issues, implement solutions, and ensure adherence to company policies
• Ensuring the branch follows all relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards
