- Proactively contribute to the full solution development lifecycle as a member of one or multiple squads, specializing in QA automation.
- Actively participate in daily Scrum and project planning meetings.
- Analyze test automation requirements during the requirements analysis phase using design specifications and technical documentation.
- Prepare QA and automation testing documentation, including planning, design, execution, and sustainability.
- Develop automation test plans and execute automated test scripts using various technologies.
- Perform various types of automation testing, including regression, integration, black box, and scalability testing.
- Evaluate automated test cases and analyze/report results.
- Facilitate test plan/case reviews within squads.
- Collaborate with product engineers to evaluate software/solution quality and provide recommendations for improvement/enhancement.
- Contribute to the design and selection of testing frameworks for business applications.
- Ensure timely delivery of all automation and technical testing deliverables.
- Provide project/Scrum-related information and feedback on deliverables, including progress, tracking, and quality.
- Conduct performance monitoring on applications/components based on designed and executed test scripts/plans.
- Produce quality and testing outcome metrics and reports.
- Follow engineering best practices and continuously improve engineering knowledge to enhance the QA capability.
- Deploy testing requirements for specific products/services using coding language understanding and expertise.
- Understand the full technical solution being tested and demonstrate the ability to test the viability of the developed code.
- Ensure compliance with technical risk and governance requirements.
- Ensure work complies with automation testing frameworks and standards.
- Proactively identify and communicate risks.
- Participate in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Incident Management processes as required and implement mitigating actions.
- Participate in peer reviews and continuously develop automation testing awareness and capability across squads.
- Years of Experience: 3-5 years in Salesforce, 3-5 years Contact Center experience, 5 years in the IT industry/Financial services.
- Industry Experience: Must-have skills include experience in contact center technologies using AVAYA, IVR, ACD, Voice biometrics & dialer, etc.

- Certifications: 1 or More Relevant Salesforce Certificate
