They are looking for a passionate SHREQ Manager to join their team!On-site | Market related | Cape townWe are in search for a SHREQ Manager with strong leadership skills and a passion for building a culture of safety, quality, and compliance across all areas of work.This role will be central in shaping Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with national legislation and international standards.Responsibilities:
● Draft, implement, and maintain SHREQ policies and procedures in alignment with the OHS Act and ISO 9001.
● Lead the setup and maintenance of the Quality Management System and drive ISO 9001 accreditation.
● Manage and mentor the SHREQ team, ensuring clear direction and alignment with the strategic vision.
● Conduct internal audits, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
● Collaborate with Project, Engineering, and Site Teams to embed SHREQ practices in day-to-day operations.
● Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.Qualifications:
● Degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or Quality.
● Proven experience leading SHREQ or QMS systems, preferably in Construction or Engineering.
● Strong knowledge of the OHS Act and ISO 9001 accreditation requirements.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
