Lead, mentor, and manage a finance team of 7 professionals.
Oversee full finance function including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
Partner with executives to provide insights that guide key business decisions.
Implement best practices to enhance financial processes and controls.
Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications & Experience

CA(SA) .
5–7 years post-qualification experience in a senior finance role.
Proven management and leadership skills (non-negotiable).
Industry exposure to construction, consulting, or engineering highly beneficial.
Experience in Xero will be advantageous
