Requirements: Red Seal Trade Tested Artisan qualification
Minimum 5 years CNC Boring Mill (horizontal & vertical) experience
Experience with Siemens controls
Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring equipmentKey Responsibilities: Operating, setting, and programming CNC boring mills
Machining workpieces according to engineering drawings
Measuring workpieces with precision tools (e.g. Vernier callipers, micrometres)
Performing shifts as required
Working across different machines when needed
Communicating effectively with superiors regarding procedures, quality, and tooling
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment through daily housekeeping
