The Labournet Group is currently experiencing tremendous growth and as such we're constantly searching for top talent.Job DescriptionWe currently have an exciting position available for an Senior Labour Law Support Consultant, to be based at our Rosebank branch.You are responsible for
Inclusive of, but not limited to:

Provide quality support to clients and consultants.
Support clients telephonically / via email as the primary point of contact.
Onboarding of new consultants (training and signoffs) as well as further development through managing the LAP process with all consultants within the region.
Ensuring appointments are booked efficiently, with area focus and the type of work in mind.
Ensuring we minimize the administrative burden on the entire IR team.
Secure, develop and maintain client relationships
Provide strategic feedback to CRM / CRC

B-Degree in IR/Law/HR/Industrial Psychology or Related field
At least 6 LAPs completed
Completed LAMP
Train the trainer
Experience in facilitating training would be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Must be able to effectively function within a pressurized and fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and own vehicle is essential
