ResponsibilitiesAs a Graduate Developer, you will immerse yourself into a year-long journey, getting hands-on experience with the core functions of a Developer at Games Global. You will have the opportunity to apply your technical skills while accessing comprehensive training and development.A typical day to day for a developer includes working on the following:
  • Active Project Involvement: Contribute to active development projects in the pre-production stages, maintain products in production, and execute bug fixes.
  • Internal Initiatives: Participate in various projects catering to internal requirements.
  • Skill Enhancement: Upskill yourself on state-of-the-art tools and technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Exclusive Games: Collaborate on exclusive gaming projects, putting your creativity and technical prowess to use.
  • Implementation & Learning: Implement cutting-edge technologies and engage in a continuous learning process.
  • Efficiency Improvement Projects: Work on projects aimed at increasing delivery speeds and enhancing the quality of game production.
  • Assist in Tool Development: Participate in creating in-house tools that will augment firm-wide operational efficiency.
  • Estimations & Planning: You may participate in the planning process and develop estimates for project timelines and resources needed.

  • Bachelor Computer Science
  • Bachelor Computer and Information Sciences
  • Bachelor Computer and Information Science in Application Development
  • Bachelor Computer Science and Information Technology
  • Bachelor Computer Science and Information Systems
  • Bachelor Computer Science in Computing
  • Bachelor Computer Engineering
  • Related IT Degree in Software Development
Requirements:
  • Be a Graduate or Final-Year Student when applying
  • Have an average of 70 % and above in marks from first year to final year
  • Matric Mathematics score – 60% and above
  • South African Citizen
  • Under the age of 35 years
  • Interest in the world of gaming
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
