• Experience with cut flower farm- picking, planting, spraying, ground prep
• Knowledge of pests and fungus
• Knowledge of spraying and disease control
• Staff management
• Dealing with clients and overseeing orders
• Must be based in the Midlands area or willing to relocate to close surrounds.
