- have stock control experience
- have supervisory experience of staff
- have strong people skills
- be computer literate (Gmail, Pastel POS)
- show attention to detail
- be able to work extended hours including weekends
- drivers licence an advantage
Job functions: - oversee the daily operations in the Coffee Shop
- ensure customer satisfaction
- manage the menu, introduce new items and ensure food quality
- handle inventory and supplies
- Cash ups and monitoring cash up reports
- upholding health and safety standards
- supervise staff
