- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve product or service-related problems.
- Conduct detailed analysis and root cause investigations to identify underlying technical issues.
- Provide timely updates and resolutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and technical bulletins tailored for BESS products
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to electrical and electronic systems.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for customers or internal teams as required.
- Prepare accurate feedback reports to customers
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve any escalations effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering (B Eng Electric and Electronic).
- Proven experience in technical support or related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems and principles.
- 5 years working experience
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands on experience with Windows/ Linux/ Mac OS environments
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support.
